What is 17 OKEY?
17 OKEY is a free mobile game of Turkish okey, the rummy-style tile game in the Rummikub family, played by the rules Turks call kanlı okey (“bloody okey”) or açık okey (open okey). Opened melds stay face-up on the table, you can add a tile to anyone's meld including your opponent's, discarding a tile that completes a meld on the table costs 100 points, and the okey (joker) can be stolen. Played with the 51-point opening bar and doubling; every move is verified by the server. Android and iPhone, 9 languages.

Melds sit open on the table
Once you open, your melds lie face-up. Everyone sees what you are collecting, plans and bluffs run in the open.
Feeding: even your rival's melds
Play tiles from your hand into ANY open meld, yours or your rival's. Your hand melts faster, but every meld you open is a door for them too.
Mind the punished discard: 100
Discard a tile that completes a meld on the table and it is a punished discard, 100 points against you. Read the table before every throw.
The joker can be snatched
A joker on the table can be grabbed; finish on the joker and your rivals' penalty doubles. Tension to the very last tile.
The end of a real hand
The tally is public: who opened, who busted, why the penalty.

Yes. Set up an offline table against bots at three difficulty levels; the rule engine is identical to online play.

Is there voice chat?
Yes. Friend tables and upper rooms have push-to-talk voice chat. It is off by default; turn it on if you like. The mic opens only while you talk, nothing is recorded, and you can mute any player with one tap.
